The Loft

The coIN Loft is a space located in downtown Wilmington. We are a growing community of start-up and seasoned entrepreneurs from various backgrounds, building our businesses together. More importantly, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive business community for Delaware small businesses.

Our space is 2,200 sq-ft. We offer desk space on a month-to-month membership basis starting at $50 per month. We have a lot of cool amenities like subsidized parking, free wifi, free coffee, a conference room and lounge with flat screen tv’s, and printers. However, our greatest amenity is people.

Our Pricing:
1. $50 :: 5-day punch card :: You must use your 5 days within 60 days.
2. $125 :: unlimited monthly access :: You work at coIN whenever you want during operating hours, but do not get a designated desk.
3. $200 :: unlimited monthly access :: You work at coIN whenever you want during operating hours and get a designated desk to call your own.

Our Hours:
M-F: 8:00am to 6:00pm
S: 8:00am to 12:00pm
